Profile Information

  • All information in your profile must be truthful and accurate
  • You must use your own photos and not impersonate anyone else
  • You must update your profile if your circumstances change significantly
  • Misrepresentation of identity, marital status, or other key details is prohibited

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

5. User Content

Content Standards

  • Not contain hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content

Content Moderation

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Payment

  • All fees are in the currency specified at checkout
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 5 business days. We may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused time.

7. Matchmaking Services

Swayamvarams provides a platform for users to find potential life partners. We use algorithms based on user preferences, compatibility factors, and value alignment to suggest matches.

Important Disclaimer: Swayamvarams does not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will lead to marriage. We are a platform that facilitates connections, but the ultimate decision and relationship outcome rest with the users. We do not conduct background checks or verify all user information beyond phone verification.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Swayamvarams (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Swayamvarams and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your profile will be deactivated and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of other users or the platform

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

Swayamvarams is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match, meet anyone, or achieve any particular result from using our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swayamvarams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

User Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct of users, whether online or offline. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend exercising caution and good judgment when meeting anyone in person.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Swayamvarams will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution informally.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swayamvarams operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability
